Cancellation Policy
UPDATED 2024/2025 CANCELLATION POLICY IN FULL EFFECT STARTING NOW!
ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED ONLINE TO ENSURE YOUR CARD IS ON FILE WHEN BOOKING.
Please respect our time as much as we respect yours.
Spray tans- If you have to cancel, please do so 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment. If not, you will still be charged for your 50% of your service. If you have a prepaid appointment/ package client, you may reschedule your appointment but there will be no refunds. If you are a package client and cancel your appointment the day of, you will lose that spray tan off of your package.
Makeup- There will be a 50% nonrefundable booking deposit required to schedule your appointment.
Large parties/weddings will be sent a contract and will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellation must be done a week prior to your wedding/event.
If you fail to do so, you will be required to pay the remaining balance on your contract.
Hair is contracted out and will require 24 hour cancellation notice or you will be charged 50% of your total.
Hair contracted out for large parties/weddings will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit to secure your date.
Cancelation must be done a week prior to your wedding/event.

PMU- $100 non refundable deposit to secure your date. 72 hour cancellation, if you cancel after 72 hours have started, you will be charged for your full service.
FACIALS, WAXING, DERMAPLANING, LASH LIFTS, BROW LAMINATIONS- If you have to cancel, please do so 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment. If not, you will still be charged for your 50% of your service!
If you make an appointment for the same day and have to cancel you will be charged for HALF of the service. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY SERVICE.
